Food Ethics Council

We were asked to revamp the old Food Ethics Council website which had been running for many years on an outdated Drupal CMS and was in sore need of tidying up.

We took the opportunity to perform a content inventory on the site to clear off outdated content and then undertook a series of card sorting exercises with users to create a much improved information architecture.

Armed with our new site structure we created a bespoke taxonomy module for the new content management which enables FEC to cross link various types of content such as blogs, publications and news items.

We then transferred the old content into the shiny new responsive, accessible template. A lot of work but a great improvement. Other people seem to think so too:
